- Options and upgrades

- A stamped book or a folder of invoices supports a stronger price.
- Mileage
- An accurate reading means an accurate figure, high or low.

How do you decide what to offer?
We work from the details you give us: make, model, trim, mileage, condition, service history and options. The more accurate the description, the more accurate the figure, so tell us about the extras as well as the faults.
Will the price drop when you arrive?
Not if the car matches what you told us. We check it on collection, and we only revisit the figure if something differs from your description.
How long is my offer good for?
Seven days. Use the week to compare it, talk it over or simply sleep on it.
Are there any fees?
No. No admin fee, no transfer fee and no charge for collection. The price we agree is the amount you receive.
When and how am I paid?
On the day we collect, by bank transfer before the car leaves you. Cash is also possible if you prefer.
Do you buy cars with faults or damage?
Yes. Describe the problem honestly and we price the rest of the car fairly alongside it. Collection is free whether it runs or not.
Do you only buy cars?

Where do you collect from?

What do I need on the day?
Your V5C logbook, photo ID such as a driving licence or passport, all the keys, and any service history you have.
